We have taken notice of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) signed between the EU and Japan. China holds a positive attitude towards all regional trade arrangements that are open, inclusive, transparent, compliant with WTO rules and conducive to economic globalization and regional economic integration.

China will continue to firmly support trade liberalization and facilitation and join hands with the international community in opposing unilateralism and protectionism.
