A: This year marks the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period and the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Canton Fair. In his congratulatory letter, President Xi Jinping fully recognized the achievements of the Canton Fair and charted the course for further running the fair well under new circumstances and promoting mutually beneficial international economic and trade cooperation. Premier Li Qiang delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony, expressing the hope that the fair will continue to innovate and improve.

The first phase of the Canton Fair is themed “Advanced Manufacturing”, with an exhibition area of 520,000 square meters and over 25,000 booths. A total of 12,000 enterprises are showcasing cutting-edge achievements in artificial intelligence (AI), green and low-carbon development and other fields. We will act on President Xi Jinping’s vision set out in the congratulatory letter, run the fair well, and continue to polish this “golden brand”.
