A: In January this year, guided by the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, China and Canada signed the China-Canada Economic and Trade Cooperation Roadmap, and formed the preliminary joint arrangement to address bilateral economic and trade issues. Since then, the economic and trade teams of the two sides have maintained close communication on follow-up implementation. China always advocates addressing each other’s concerns through equal-footed dialogue and consultation, and stands ready to work with the Canadian side to continue to lengthen the list of cooperation and shorten the list of problems, so as to promote the sound, stable, and sustainable development of China-Canada economic and trade relations.
