　　Brief Introduction

　　《商务立法年编2005》收录了2005年国务院颁布的《直销管理条例》，已经商务部单独颁布或会同其他部门联合颁布的部门规章24件，内容涉及国内贸易、对外贸易、利用外资、国外经济合作、行政法律等方面，全面反映了2005年商务立法工作情况，为了解我国商务立法提供了有益的参考。
　　本书由商务部条约法律司编写。
