　　Brief Introduction

The Expo Central China (ECC) is a major platform for commercially promoting the rise of central China. Central China consists of six provinces in the hinterland, with a combined area of nearly 1.03 million square kilometers. They enjoy a unique competitive edge and are readily well-positioned for development after 20 years of reform and opening.

Promoting the rise of Central China is another important decision taken by the central party committee and the State Council in relation to China’s modernization drive. It is an important component of China’s overall development strategy at the new stage of development.
