The 10th Summit between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) opened on Jan 13, 2007 in Cebu, the second largest city of the Philippines.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and leaders of the 10 ASEAN member countries attended the summit, focusing on discussions over practical cooperation.
