E-commerce project to attract Chinese investors Tuesday,September 11,2007 Posted: 14:50 BJT(0650 GMT)  FJTV.NET As one of the major projects at the CIFIT, the promotion conference for the International E-commerce Platform, the so called Homepage for China, was held Monday at Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center. The principal function of the platform is to provide businesses with customized online information service and solutions to the "information overflow" they have encountered so far. Thanks to the efforts of the past two years, the homepage has become an online service platform. This year, their plan to raise 100 million yuan from domestic investors like participating enterprises, individual investors, and risk investment institutions. At the conference, they have signed a 450 million US dollar agreement with prominent investors.
