The new appendix shall take effect as from Sep 13 of 2007. The Chinese version of the new appendix, examined and approved by the Office for Administration of the Imports and Exports of Endangered Species of the People’s Republic of China and the Technical Committee of Endangered Species of the People’s Republic of China, is announced for implementation.
