The Ministry of Commerce released Announcement No. 63, 2007 (see Appendix for details) to notified the result of the investigation. Matters concerning the customs’ implementation are notified as follows: As from August 15, 2007, the customs shall resume the anti-dumping duty imposition on the carrene(Tariff No. 29031200) originated from UK, U.S., Holland, Germany and ROK, in accordance with the Announcement No. 44, 2006 of General Administration of Customs.
