Starting export quotas license administration on standard sand as from Jun 15, 2007. 2. Customs code of the standard sand is 2505900010. 3. Enterprises of standard sand shall apply to license-releasing authority of Ministry of Commerce in Fuzhou and collect export license. The Customs shall go through formalities upon export license. 4. Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs are responsible for interpretation of this Announcement.
