Circular on Increasing Export Rebate Rates of Some IT Products Thursday,January 06,2005 Posted: 08:56 BJT(0056 GMT) The Commercial Offices (Bureaus) and Finance Supervision Commissioner Offices of Ministry of Finance in all the provinces, autonomous region, municipality and separately listed cities, Financial Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps With the approval of State Council, Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation decided to increase the export rebate rates of some IT products to 17%. Matters of concern are listed as follows: I. Export rebate rates of the following IT products have been raised from 13% to 17%: integrate circuit, discrete device (partly), moving communication stations, ethernet switchboard, router, portable (car) radiophone, other kinds of micro-digital automatic data processing equipment, systematic micro equipment, liquid crystal display, crt indicator, hard disk drive, unlisted digital automatic data processing equipment, other memory parts, numerically controlled machine (see Appendix for details). II. This Circular took effect as of November 1, 2004 (The specific implementation time shall be subject to “Export Date” on Export Goods Customs Declaration).
