The two parties planed to set up a global first class demonstration service outsourcing base in Qingdao High-technical Industrial Park on June 15, the main functions of which included offering a core IT platform for operations of large service outsourcing enterprises of the city and establishing an international data backup center, an international financial and insurance settlement center, an national service outsourcing training center, an international software testing service center and etc. The base could hold 50 relevant enterprises with over 20,000 workers after its establishment. IBM has led the development of global IT industry for a long time and ranked No.1 in the ranking of World Top 100 Outsourcing Enterprises for consecutive years. |
