Purchasing Price of Raw Material Rose in February Wednesday,March 10,2004 Posted: 08:01 BJT(0001 GMT) Statistics recently released by relative department of Shenzhen urban survey team indicated that purchasing prices of raw material, fuel and power in Shenzhen in February maintaining rising, up by 5.56% compared with the same period of 2003 and 3.16% higher than that in the previous month, it was the highest growth rate since last year. Statistics showed that among raw material and other 8 products, purchasing prices of 8 sorts of them were higher than that in the previous year. Of which ferrous metal, material and cable, construction material and nonferrous mineral increased by 23.87%, 20.22% and 13.7% respectively in price.
