Investigating authority didn’t get any comments from the domestic applicants within the time stipulated. <br/> <br/>In accordance with related materials, the investigating authority believes that CHDM modified copolyester is obviously different from the investigated commodity described in Announcement No.3, 2003 in chemical component, physical characteristics, purposes and so on, which shall not constitute an act of competition with the investigated commodity. <br/> <br/>Therefore, the investigating authority confirms that the imported CHDM modified copolyester originated from South Korea shall not be covered in the investigated commodities in Announcement No.3, 2003.
