From January to September, 2023, Chinese enterprises sent 254,000 contract workers abroad, an increase of 69,000 over the same period last year. Among them, 80,000 people were dispatched under contracted projects and 174,000 people were dispatched for labor cooperation. By the end of September, there were 569,000 overseas contract workers.
