In January-February 2017, the total import and export value of China reached US$690.37 billion, with an increase of 23.1% year on year (the same as below). The export was US$372.35 billion, with an increase of 24.4% and the import was US$318.03 billion, with an increase of 21.7%, the trade surplus was US$54.32 billion, with an increase of 43%.
In February, the total value of the Chinese import and export was US$309.49 billion, with an increase of 24.5%. The export was US$171.62 billion, with an increase of 44.5% and the import was US$137.88 billion, with an increase of 6.3%. The trade surplus was US$33.74 billion (the trade deficit of last year over the same period of time was US$10.99 billion.)
