In accordance with the provisions of the Administrative PermissionLicense Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration onof CrudeRefined Oil Market, and Measures for Administration on Oil Product Market,, the Ministry of Commerce hereby, after examination and verification, grants refined oil wholesale licenses to PetroChina Xinyang Sales Co. in Henan Province, Sinopec Huludao Petroleum Co., Dalian Xinfu Port Service Co. Ltd., Beifang Petrochemical (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd. and Dalian Zhongbeiya Petroleum Sales Co. Ltd., grants refined oil storage licenses to Daqing Jiulong Refined Chemical Co. Ltd. and ,Longde Petroleum Sales Co. Ltd. in Heilongjiang Province and Zhuhai Mingsheng Petrochemical Storage Co. Ltd. in Guangdong Province, and revokes were granted the qualification of refined oil storage business. Therefined qualification of oil product wholesale businesse licenses granted to Liaoning Fangyuan National Standard Oil Sample Co. Ltd., Dalian CNPC Petroleum Sales Co. Ltd. and Lushun Lvshun Xingang Fuel Supply Co. were revoked.
