In order to facilitate the export of Chinese cultural products and services, the Ministry of Commerce, the Publicity Department of CPC, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Culture, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television, the General Administration of Press and Publication, and Information Office of the State Council jointly amended the Guiding Catalogue on the Export of Cultural Products and Services, which is hereby promulgated. The Guiding Catalogue on the Export of Cultural Products and Services (Announcement No.27, 2007 by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the General Administration of Press and Publication, Information Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China) shall be repealed simultaneously.
