MOFCOM Announcement No.26 of 2018 on Terminating the Anti-dumping Measures for Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI80/20) Originating in the EU

On March 12, 2013, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (the "MOFCOM") issued Announcement No.16 of 2013, deciding to take anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate (TDI80/20) originating in the EU for five years from March 13, 2013.

On September 7, 2017, the MOFCOM issued the Announcement No.49 of 2017, announcing the expiry of the anti-dumping measures above on March 12, 2018, and that the natural person or legal person of or on behalf of the domestic industry, or organizations concerned, may in writing submit the application for final review to the MOFCOM within 60 days before the expiry date of such anti-dumping measures.

The MOFCOM did not receive any qualified applications for final review within the prescribed time limit, and it decides not to initiate an investigation for the final review on its own. Therefore, on March 13, 2018, the anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate (TDI80/20) originating in the EU were terminated.
