Tendering Board of Foreign Assistance Projects of Ministry of Commerce held the 22th regular meeting on August 25, 2006. Matters of concern and resolution are notified as follows:

1. Discuss tender mode of Providing North Korea with 10 thousand tons of Diesel Oil for Emergent Disaster Relief assistance project. Tendering Board adopted limited invitation tendering mode, and 3 enterprises participated in the bid. Specific matters of concern shall be notified later.

2. Examine and approve the contract price for Mozambique National Stadium assistance Project

3. Examine and approve the bid-winning enterprise of the Kyrgyz Republic Agricultural Machinery Equipment (second phase) assistance project, which opened bid on August 22, 2006. In all, 9 tender enterprises submitted the tender documents on time. Tendering Board, in accordance with relevant regulation, determined to confer bid to China National Electronics Import and Export Corporation.

4. Examine and approve the result of bid discussion and the contract price for Palm Planting Technology Cooperation in the Republic of Vanuatu assistance Project.

5. Discuss tender mode of Sierra Leone Bo Stadium assistance project. Tendering Board adopted limited invitation tendering mode, and 17 enterprises participated in the bid. Specific matters of concern shall be notified later.

6. Discuss tender mode of Renovation of Afghanistan Parvan Water Control (second phase) assistance project. Specific matters of concern shall be notified later.
