In order to further perfect tendering system of purchasing companies for foreign government loan projects, standardize and simplify tendering procedure and raise working efficiency, current Measures on Tendering of Purchasing Companies for Foreign Government Loan Projects (hereinafter referred to as Measures) has been further revised. The Revised Measures is now printed and issued to you, please conduct accordingly. Circular of the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, on Printing and Issuing the Revised Measures on Tendering of Purchasing Companies for Foreign Government Loan Projects is abolished as the same time.

All the local financial sectors shall strictly follow the regulations in Measures, by enforcing supervision, inspection and management of the tendering process, so as to avoid the phenomenon that violates laws and regulations.
