The Catalogue of Industries that Encourage Foreign Investment (Version 2019) has been approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and now it is hereby issued. The Catalogue of Industries that Encourage Foreign Investment (Version 2019) shall start to be implemented on July 30, 2019, and the Encouragement Category of the Catalogue of Industries that Guide Foreign Investment (Revision 2017) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce on June 28, 2017 and the Catalogue of Competitive Industries for Foreign Investment in the Central and Western Regions of China (Revision 2017) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce on February 17, 2017 shall be abolished at the same time.
