On November 8, 2012, the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Investigating Authority") issued the Announcement [2012] No.72, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on the relevant high-performance stainless steel seamless pipes imported from the European Union and Japan.
On October 28, 2015, the WTO's dispute settlement body adopted a report from the appeal body and the panel on the dispute over "China's anti-dumping measures imposed on the relevant high-performance stainless steel seamless pipes originated from the European Union and Japan".
According to the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China and the Interim Rules on the Implementation of Trade Relief Dispute Adjudications of the World Trade Organization, the Investigating Authority decides to begin to re-investigate the case as of the issue hereof. During the period of the re-investigation, the parties concerned may seek relevant information in the Public Reading Room of the Ministry of Commerce for Trade Remedy Measures and on the official website of the Ministry of Commerce.
