On December 2, Chinese Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan and Dante Sica，Minister of Production and Labour of Argentina，signed the Memorandum of Understanding between Ministry of Commerce of People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Production and Labour of the Republic of Argentina on Service Trade Cooperation in Buenos Aires.

According to the Memorandum, China and Argentina will establish the working group on promoting service trade, and hold meetings of the working group in the two countries annually by turns. The two parties will bolster dialogues and cooperation in key sectors of service trade including information technology, financial science and technology, agricultural technology, personnel cultural entertainment services, construction, service outsourcing, traditional medicine services and exhibition, strengthen information sharing and exchange ideas on practice in sectors like laws and regulations and public policies and statistical data of bilateral service trade, encourage and support exchanges and dialogues of governmental organizations, industrial associations and private enterprises.

China and Argentina are good partners with common development, China-Argentina economic and trade relation is an example of the solidarity cooperation and common development of emerging market countries and developing countries, and our bilateral service trade enjoys a rapid growth. The signing of the memorandum of understanding is a specific embodiment of bilateral economic and trade cooperation. Next, China and Argentina will, according to the spirits of the memorandum, strengthen cooperation in service trade, further improve the cooperation level of service trade, so as to promote the sustainable and stable development of bilateral economic and trade relations.
