On October 15, witnessed by Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang and Prime Minister of Netherlands Mark Rutte, Chinese Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan and Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Sigrid Kaag jointly signed the Memorandum of Understanding between Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Netherlands on Strengthening Cooperation in Third Party Market in Hague. According to the MOU, the two parties will establish a working group under China-Netherlands Joint Committee on Economy and Trade, to support and promote the enterprises of the two countries to conduct cooperation in the third party market.
