MOFCOM issued announcement No.12 and No.13 of 2018 on February 4, deciding to initiate the anti-dumping and countervailing investigation against the grain sorghum imported from the US. The product was incorporated into the Import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China under item 10079000. The investigation is to end before February 4, 2019 and might be prolonged until August 4, 2019 in special cases.
