The Ministry of Commerce issued the announcement No.17 of 2016 on April 20, 2016, deciding to launch the anti-dumping investigation against the Vinylidene Chloride-Vinyl Chloride Copolymer Resin imported from Japan. It is listed under Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China and the tariff number is 39045000.

According to Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce will investigate the dumping of the above imports, the dumping degree, its damage to similar products in China and the damage degree.
