On April 12-13, 2014, CAFIEC held in Beijing a seminar on the practice and operation of overseas investment and transnational mergers and acquisitions. By way of case studies, lecturers expounded on policies about investment overseas, financing of overseas investment projects and tax planning. Nationwide business representatives experienced in overseas investment joined in the seminar.
