MOFCOM to Extend Anti-Dumping against Potato Starch Imports from EU


The Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) released Announcement No.4, 2013 on February 5, and decided to extend anti-dumping against potato starch imports originated from EU.

According to the announcement, dumping and injury would continue if to terminate anti-dumping measures on imports of potato starch originated from EU. With approval of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, MOFCOM decide to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on such imports from February 6, 2013, with the same scope and rates carried in MOFCOM Announcement No.8, 2007 and No. 16, 2011.

MOFCOM released, on February 3, 2012, Announcement No.2, 2012 and decided to make, final review on its anti-dumping measures imposed on the said imports.
