A: China has noticed the announcement of the US Department of Commerce to take export control measures against ZTE.

China always requires Chinese enterprises to obey the laws and policies of the host country and have overseas operation according to the laws and policies. ZTE carried out extensive trade and investment cooperation with hundreds of American enterprises, providing tens of thousands of jobs to the US. China hopes the US would handle it properly according to the laws and policies, and create a fair, justice and stable environment of laws and policies for the enterprises.
