　近期，非洲东北部遭受60年来最大旱灾，导致出现严重粮食危机，约有1100万人面临生命威胁。其中，埃塞俄比亚、肯尼亚、吉布提等国受灾情况最为严重。为帮助三国渡过目前难关，中国政府决定向这些国家紧急提供粮食援助，并将尽早运抵灾区。
