 9月23-25日，中国-智利自由贸易协定第四轮投资谈判在京举行。中智双方就投资协定案文主要条款进行了磋商，并就部分内容基本达成共识。 中智自贸协定于2005年11月签署，主要包括货物贸易和合作内容，并已于2006年10月实施。自协定实施以来，中智双边贸易增长迅速，协定利用率较高，实施效果良好。 2008年4月，中智双方签署了《中智自贸协定关于服务贸易的补充协定》（即中智自贸区服务贸易协议）。 |
