| 第四届“两岸经贸合作与发展论坛”在厦门举行 |

 2009年9月8日下午，商务部和国台办在厦门隆重举办“第四届两岸经贸合作与发展论坛”，邀请两岸学术和产业界知名人士围绕“建立经济合作机制与共同发展”的主题进行了深入研讨。全国人大常委、中华全国台湾同胞联谊会会长梁国扬出席了论坛。 商务部副部长姜增伟出席论坛并致辞。姜增伟表示，本届论坛是在和平发展成为两岸关系主题、国际金融危机影响仍在持续的大背景下，两岸共同举行的一次具有重大现实意义的高层对话与研讨。姜增伟指出，两岸经贸关系的日益紧密，呼唤两岸经济合作机制的新突破。两岸经济合作机制的建立，有利于两岸经济共同发展，也有利于当前形势下两岸共同应对国际金融危机挑战。他呼吁，面对共同的机遇和挑战，两岸理当抱团取暖、深化合作。 姜增伟表示，最近一些人在台湾制造事端，对两岸关系造成了不利影响，不利于两岸经贸关系的平稳健康发展。他希望珍惜来之不易的两岸关系和平发展的良好局面，两岸共同努力，尽快消除不利影响。 姜增伟还重申，只要台湾同胞有需要，商务部将尽最大的努力与可能，全力协助灾区同胞开展灾后重建。 台湾工业总会、纺拓会、工商协进会、工商建研会等工商团体和中华经济研究院、台湾纺织产业综合研究所、台湾商业发展研究院等学术机构组团参加了论坛。两岸各界总计400人出席了本次论坛。 |
