 据日本经济新闻报道，日本经济产业省和中国国家工商行政管理总局24日交换了关于知识产权保护的合作备忘录。该合作备忘录中提到两国间每年召开一次关于商标保护和假冒商品取缔方面的事务级工作会议，两国政府相关部门互相提供知识产权保护方面的信息等内容。该备忘录旨在彻底保护知识产权，强化中日两国间知识产权保护的合作机制。 日本经济产业省在今年6月已于我国商务部签署了关于知识产权保护的备忘录。日本经济产业省与我国国家工商行政管理总局签署合作备忘录的主要目的是杜绝在中国境内日本企业商标受侵害。 |
