 最新出版的《中国人大》杂志刊登该刊记者对全国人大财政经济委员会副主任委员尹中卿的专访文章《一揽子计划实施的回望与前瞻》。尹中卿副主任委员在接受采访时说，今年以来，我国国民经济和社会发展出现了积极变化，总体经济形势企稳向好、经济增速触底反弹，实现了“V”形复苏增长，为全年实现GDP增长8%左右的目标奠定了坚实的基础。 去年下半年，我国国民经济和社会发展受到国际金融危机的深度冲击。面对国内外极其复杂严峻的形势，中央迅速推出应对国际金融危机、促进经济平稳较快发展的一揽子计划。今年3月，十一届全国人大二次会议进一步充实细化并批准了这个计划。最近，上半年经济运行的各项数据陆续出炉，全国人大代表和社会各界十分关注一揽子计划的实施情况。 |
