 近日，世界银行高级副行长兼首席经济学家林毅夫在第２７届国际农经大会发表演讲时表示，应当从金融改革、宏观经济刺激政策和降低贫困人口的脆弱性三个方面应对国际金融危机的挑战。 林毅夫认为，此次金融危机发生的原因主要有三：一是发达国家的金融创新及对金融监管的放松；二是２００１年美国互联网泡沫破灭以后，美联储采用降息的办法刺激房地产形成新的泡沫；三是全球不合理的储蓄结构，即发达国家的低储蓄和发展中国家的高储蓄。 |
