| 国资委副主任：国企成为抵御金融危机的稳定器 |

 国务院国有资产监督管理委员会副主任邵宁在近日举行的“2009国有经济发展论坛”表示，在突如其来的国际金融危机面前，国有企业没有出大的问题，也没有引发大规模的职工下岗，成为我国抵御金融危机重要的稳定因素。 邵宁认为，去年下半年以来，面对市场萎缩、产能过剩等严峻形势，国资委和中央企业采取了严格控制企业负债率、强化企业自主创新、建立现代企业制度等一系列的措施，加强企业抵御危机的能力，国企抗风险能力有所提高。同时，前几年大规模的改革和结构调整，大量低效率的企业通过破产退出了市场，保存下来的国有大企业也转换了机制。 |
