 财政部有关负责人１３日表示，汽车、家电“以旧换新”政策执行期间中央和地方财政安排资金至少在７５亿元以上，目前中央财政已预拨补贴资金３５亿元，占到预算安排资金的一半。 财政部经济建设司副司长曾晓安１３日接受中国政府网在线访谈时说，２００９年中央财政通过追加预算安排汽车、家电“以旧换新”补贴资金７０亿元，其中汽车“以旧换新”５０亿元、家电“以旧换新”２０亿元。家电“以旧换新”补贴地方承担２０％部分，共５亿元。 “汽车家电‘以旧换新’政策执行期间中央和地方财政安排资金至少在７５亿元以上。如果把地方提高黄标车补贴标准算进来，资金规模会更大。”曾晓安说。 |
