| 我国将出台相关政策扶植及鼓励企业自主创新 |

 工业和信息化部运行监测协调局局长朱宏任日前表示，针对出口纺织企业面临的困境，我国还将出台一系列政策，正在研究中的包括信贷、财税、对中小企业支持和扶植及鼓励企业自主创新等各方面政策。 就宏观经济形势，朱宏任指出，中央政府下半年宏观调控的目标是，保持经济较快增长同时防止物价过快增长，把防止通货膨胀作为宏观调控的首要任务。工业和信息化部将按照中央的部署，加快产业发展方式的转变和结构调整的步伐，确保目标的实现，不使物价过快上涨而影响经济发展。 工信部产业政策司副司长侯世国还介绍，针对当前国内外经济发展出现的问题，中国当前支持的投资方向在以下几个方面：第一，农业方面；第二，结构调整方面；第三，节能减排方面；第四，自主创新方面；第五，社会事业方面，包括文化教育、医疗、保险，金融服务等。 |
