 女士们、先生们、朋友们： 大家好！今天，第四届跨国零售集团采购会在这里隆重开幕。我谨代表商务部对本届跨采会的成功举办表示祝贺，向来自海内外的朋友们表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢！ 七年前，在中国加入世贸组织后不久，首届跨国零售集团采购会成功举办，开辟了“中国制造全球营销”的新途径，至今已成功举办了三届，已经成为国内外大型零售集团和生产企业进行高效率低成本零距离对接的重要平台。跨采会在加强中外企业交流合作、扩大国内外消费者需求、提高“中国制造”的国际竞争力等方面发挥了积极的作用。 当前，受全球金融危机影响的世界经济开始出现触底的迹象，经济主体的信心开始恢复，但不确定因素仍然很多。面对当前形势，举办本届跨采会具有特殊意义，为工商企业携手共克时艰、积极搞活流通、开拓市场、扩大消费创造了一个平台。本届跨采会新增“出口商品内销采购洽谈会暨工商对接会”和“全国外贸商品巡回展”，内外贸联动将成为跨采会新的亮点。我们相信，本届跨采会必将进一步深化零售集团和国内生产企业的合作关系，实现生产企业得市场、零售商得利润、消费者得实惠的“一举多得”。我们希望，为期三天的展会能够取得丰硕成果，与会各方能够高兴而来，满载而归！ 最后，预祝第四届跨采会取得圆满成功！ 谢谢大家。 |
