| 张平：我国将采取八大措施巩固经济企稳回升势头 |

 国家发展改革委主任张平２５日说，当前我国经济发展正处在企稳回升的关键时期，一旦松懈就有可能出现反复，因此下半年要采取八大措施巩固这种回升势头。 受国务院委托，张平２５日向十一届全国人大常委会第十次会议报告今年以来国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况。 这八大措施包括： 一是继续扩大内需特别是消费需求 二是努力稳定对外经济特别是外贸出口。 三是保持农业农村经济稳定发展。 四是下更大力气推进结构调整。 五是加快科技创新和培育新兴产业。 六是毫不放松地抓好节能减排。 七是深化重点领域和关键环节改革。 八是加大改善民生工作力度。 |
