 据上海证券报报道，经过18年（以沪深交易所成立计）快速发展，我国资本市场已初步实现与国民经济地位和“当量”的匹配。 据统计，截至今年７月底，沪深股市总市值２３．５７万亿元，流通市值１１．６７万亿元，全球排名第三，与我国GDP国际排名相同；上市公司从1991年底的14家发展到2009年7月底的1628家，18年间增长115倍；上市公司总市值占2008年GDP比例约95.4％，资本市场规模与GDP规模总体相当；境内资本市场累计为企业股票融资２．５万亿元，企业债券融资２．９万亿元 值得注意的是，我国资本市场在汲取新中国60年来物质、精神养分，实现自我快速发展的同时，服务国民经济全局的能力也在不断提升，有力支持了实体经济又好又快发展。 |
