 据北京商报报道，跨境贸易人民币结算试点启动首月的冷清引起了各界关注。昨日，在中国政府网组织的“稳步推进跨境贸易人民币结算试点”直播中，央行条法司司长李波透露，央行将在进一步完善试点制度的基础上，会同有关部门适时提请国务院扩大境内试点地域范围，部分优秀中小企业有望进入新一轮试点名单。 李波表示，管理部门、企业、银行都需要一段时间在这一全新业务上进行磨合，同时试点企业地域有限，一定程度上限制了试点规模。 “下一步，我们会在进一步完善和明确有关配套制度的基础上，尽快会同有关部门提请国务院扩大试点范围。”李波指出，一是扩大境内、外试点区域，部分国内省市以及已与我国签订本币互换协议的国家，都可能被列入试点扩大范围。二是要扩大企业试点范围，一些优秀的中小企业将来也可成为试点企业。 |
