| 四川将对部分灾后规划重建项目进行调整 |

 随着四川地震灾区灾后恢复重建的深入开展，为确保两年基本完成三年目标任务的实现，四川将在 ９月底前对灾后恢复重建规划项目作出部分调整。 这是记者２４日从四川省政府召开的灾后恢复重建规划项目、基金调整工作会上了解到的。 记者了解到，在这次调整中，灾后恢复重建的指导思想和工作原则、规划范围和目标任务以及资金总规模和使用管理办法不会发生改变。调整内容包括五类：一是单项项目建设及投资规模按实际需求进行增减；二是由于地质灾害发生等原因无法在原址建设的，可调整建设布局；三是根据实际需求对同类建设项目进行必要的整合；四是没有纳入灾后恢复重建规划、而现在又确需恢复重建的，或是由于余震造成新的灾损需要新增的恢复重建项目，可以作为漏项调整为新增项目；五是在确保完成各类恢复重建任务的前提下，对项目资金安排进行必要的调剂，如已经完工的项目尚有结余资金的，可根据实际，合理调剂到同类项目。 记者在会上了解到，截至目前，四川灾后恢复重建项目开工率已超过６０％，已有４０％的项目完工。其中农房重建完工超过９０％，学校重建开工超过９０％，医疗卫生设施重建开工接近９０％。 |
