 日前，科技部中国科技金融促进会风险投资专业委员会与全国工商联石油业商会签署了“全国民营石油行业企业投融资工作平台”合作框架协议。 科技部火炬中心修小平副主任说，这次聚合数十家全国知名风险投资机构、创投机构的庞大投资力量，力推这些投资与全国民营石油企业优势互补、强强联合，推动民营石油企业不断发展壮大，促进我国民营石油产业做强做大，持续快速健康发展，并贯彻国家“走出去”战略，为我国的能源安全做贡献。截至2008年底，中国民营石油批发企业572家，占总数的22.7%。 |
