 中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理张德江近日在陕西考察工业经济时强调，要深入贯彻落实科学发展观，把促进工业平稳较快增长与提高经济发展质量紧密结合起来，注重产业结构调整，推进技术改造和自主创新，切实加强企业管理。 张德江强调，要处理好当前经济发展与长远经济发展的关系，既要努力增加经济总量，又要着力提高经济发展质量。要大力推进工业结构优化升级，积极培育和发展新兴产业，坚决淘汰落后产能，防止重复建设。要充分发挥骨干企业、支柱产业对经济发展的支撑作用，同时，要采取更加有效的措施，促进中小企业发展壮大。要加大技术改造和自主创新力度，积极开发独具特色的新产品，把自主品牌做精做大做强。要加强和完善企业管理，提高产品质量，改善售后服务，向管理要市场、要效益、要竞争力。要关心职工、爱护职工，激发职工的积极性和创造性。 |
