| 我国就业局势基本保持稳定 |

 人力资源和社会保障部就业促进司司长于法鸣日前在接受中国政府网在线访谈时表示，我国目前的就业局势基本保持了稳定，但当前和今后一个时期的就业形势依然十分严峻，就业任务依然十分艰巨。 于法鸣说，去年四季度以来，国际金融危机突然爆发，就业形势陡然严峻起来。党中央、国务院制定了一系列稳定就业和扩大就业的政策，各级政府坚决贯彻落实，经过半年多的努力，目前就业局势基本保持了稳定。 主要表现在：一是城镇新增就业人数企稳回升，1月份新增就业人数569万人，扭转了去年四季度快速下滑的趋势，城镇登记失业率维持在4.3%。二是高校毕业生、农民工和就业困难人员等重点就业群体的就业基本稳定，截至7月1日高校毕业生已经有415万人落实了去向，初次就业率达到68%。去年春节前返乡的7000万农民工现在基本上都已返城，基本上都有了就业岗位。特别是1月到6月份已有271万下岗失业人员实现再就业，其中79万就业困难人员实现再就业。三是企业岗位流失速度减缓，人力资源和社会保障部对513家企业失业动态监测结果显示，今年2月到6月企业岗位累计增减相抵为净增，增幅为0.13%，虽然增幅很小，但是有一种向好的迹象。 |
