 国家统计局副局长许宪春日前在上海表示，为了避免通货膨胀率快速上涨和周期峰值过高，中国应努力保持经济平稳回升，避免经济增长率在短期内急速上升。 许宪春是在出席“北京大学光华管理学院ＥＭＢＡ１０周年”上海论坛时，通过分析改革开放以来中国的三个经济增长周期和三个通货膨胀周期得出上述结论的。 他表示，改革开放以来中国的经济增长明显经历了三个周期，第一个周期是在１９８１年到１９９０年，第二个周期是１９９０年到１９９９年，第三个周期是１９９９年到２００９年。与此类似，通货膨胀也表现为明显的周期性，分别经历了１９８２－１９９０年、１９９０年－１９９９年、１９９９年－２００９年三个周期。 |
