 13日，国务院新闻办公室就加大产业结构调整力度，保持工业平稳较快增长等情况举行发布会，工业和信息化部部长李毅中出席了发布会并回答记者提问。 李毅中说，1-7月，全国规模以上工业增加值同比增长7.5%，比上半年加快0.5个百分点。从地区看，1-7月，全国工业增速超过10%的有江苏、山东、辽宁、天津、重庆等13个省份，7月份，全国所有省份工业增速均实现正增长。 在工业各主要门类中，受投资拉动最为直接的是原材料工业和装备制造业。1-7月，原材料工业增加值同比增长7.8%，其中7月份增长13%；前7个月水泥产量同比增长15.9%，同比加快7.6个百分点；钢铁、有色金属生产逐步恢复。装备制造业（含汽车、船舶）表现出较快增长态势，前7个月增加值增速达到10.1%，其中7月份增速达到15.9%。 |
