| 北京巨资吸引企业总部入驻 1亿支持跨国公司发展 |

 自8月6日起，北京市朝阳区商务局将开始接受符合要求的总部企业申领各项补贴和奖励的申请书。该区将从今年开始每年由区级财政预算安排1亿元用于支持跨国公司地区总部以及现代服务业的发展。 记者从日前的发布会现场了解到，北京市将率先对区域内总部企业实施房租补贴制度，同时对于今年新入驻朝阳的地区总部自建或购买办公用房，给予每平方米1000元的补贴。 此外，对于新入驻朝阳区的地区总部企业租用办公用房的，将连续３年由区政府给予租金补助，其中第一年补助年度租金的30％，第二年补助年度租金的20％，第三年补助年度租金的10％，最高补助使用面积不超过3000平方米。 |
